MGR ACCOUNT I (Baker Hughes)

At Baker Hughes, the purpose of this job is to represent tech and products to the customer. Interface with Ops and client. Set financial and relationship goals. Set stage for Baker Hughes to interface with customer. Focus can differ between divisions.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies for a specified geographic area, business unit or product line.
• Assist with the development of short and long range sales goals.
• May oversee activities of sales personnel.
• May maintain and service some key accounts.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years industry experience in related field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of company products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
