What the job involves:
•Making travel arrangements, conference bookings and the like, including preparation of itineraries and documentation, and ensuring that 'best value' is obtained
•Dealing with the receipt, distribution and prioritisation of mail and electronic / verbal communications, including drafting responses as necessary
•Maintaining up to date archiving and filing systems as necessary in hard or electronic format
•Maintaining and managing Director of Engineering's diary and departmental calendars for the department, including arranging meetings, venues, and distributing agendas and minutes
•Preparation and distribution of presentations, reports, memos etc
•Processing Departmental invoices / payments
•Processing and tracking capital requests
Qualifications
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Able to manage multiple tasks
•Good relationship builder
•5 years secretarial / admin experience, preferably in Hotel or Property related environment
