Purchasing Manager (Intercontinental Doha)

Qualifications

You will possess strong negotiation, management and interpersonal skills. You will have broad knowledge of products and materials, quality control and cost control. You will be very organized and able to work under pressure and towards deadlines. You will also be well presented, outgoing and flexible with your working hours.


You will be responsible for:

- Determining product availability and terms of sales

- Maintaining records of goods ordered and received

- Controlling Purchasing Department's budget

- Developing and implementing purchasing and contract management policies and procedures

- Preparing reports on market conditions and merchandise costs

- Monitoring the daily operations of the F&B stores, purchasing and receiving departments

- Handling regular inventories

- Managing and leading a team
