Lead Mechanical Engineer (KEO In'tl)

Requirements: Working as the Lead Mechanical Engineer in our Design Division, you will be responsible for managing the production of mechanical project design documentation in compliance with QA/QC procedures for numerous major projects including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments.

This position requires strong leadership and Client facing skills as well as the ability to work with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Ability to critically review building services documentation (drawings, calculation and specifications) at all design stages from concept to construction documentation and provide valuable design input and direction.
• Experience using computer HVAC design tools, Revit MEP and IES is essential.
• Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
• Managing work of other engineers and drafters to meet project and client requirements.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
• The successful candidate will have at least 15 years experience in Mechanical Design with a minimum of 2 years experience in the GCC.
• Prior design experience with various building services design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC and other International design codes is desirable.
